AKA all you’re “Stuff”. Everything in the house/apartment that would fall out if we turned it upside down. This number ranges from 50-75% of coverage A. It is also important to have replacement cost on this as well.

Loss of Use:

Otherwise known as additional living expense which helps cover the cost of living somewhere else until your home in inhabitable after a claim.


Liability coverage is for damages that you do to other people. It also helps with legal defense. Examples of liability claims would be: dog bites, home accidents, falling trees, and intoxicated guests.

Medical Payments:

This coverage is for emergency medical bills for third party injuries regardless of fault.
